    Hi

I have just started on the MicroStation/J Tutorial Workbook.

It has some great examples, but my problem is, that I don´t have the
example .dgn files, such as "office.dgn" and "clock.dgn"

Does anyone have these files, and can you email them (all of them, and
    not just "office.dgn" and "clock.dgn" :) )?

Or secondly can anyone give me a direct link, where I can download
    them?

  2. You should have those files as part of your install. I think they are
optional though. Go back to the CD and run setup.exe again. You should
have the option to load the tutorial files. I haven't done an install
for a long time so I'm going from memory.

    Hi Dan

I´m using MicroStation from a server on my workplace.
I have asked the administrator about the files, and he said, that they
    where not on the CD.
He will not allow me to run the installation again :(

So I was thinking, that if anyone had the files on their computer, they
could zip them, and mail them to me :)

    Thanks

  4. Fridrik,

The files are close to 6 meg.

All the files ARE on the CD. They are compressed into .CAB files.

When you do an Install you have the choice of what components of the
    program to install.
    Select the
(Install over files in the folder)
    option.
Make sure you only Check the components you want to add.

It is perfectly safe to run the Install again to add additional
components. This will not affect Components already installed.

Select the Workspace component and press the Change... button to see all
    the Sub-components that are available.
