Metal/Wood Stud Generation routine....

Discussion in 'AutoCAD' started by Albert Giuliano, Aug 18, 2003.

  1. Lately I've been drawing more structural interior details which involve
Metal studs, I'm unfamiliar with all the available sizes (I normally design
cellular sites) I was wondering if some one know or any routines that
generate Metal / wood stud sections, side and top views (similar to Al's
    Steel mill) TIA

Albert - I don't have 2004, but I just loaded it under 2000i and it worked fine. Make sure all the files contained in the zip are somewhere in your AutoCAD search path.

Albert, I loaded stud, fntn, fntn2-6, from the Code page at the Web site to a drawing and the routine worked, fine. The routines, I would think are 2004 compatable, though I haven't tested them on 2004. Email me and I'll send the files. BT.
