Menu problem

    Lately when I try to load a custom or partial menu sometimes it won't load. I have to delete the associated .mnc and then it loads fine.
    This is starting to happen to other users in the office also.
    Does anyone have a clue as to what is causing this?
    Acad ver. = 2002
    OS = Windows XP
    Server = 2003
