    ABCO currently has a need for an experienced Mechanical Designer.
    Responsibilities include providing complete mechanical designs to
    support company's project work. Assignments are moderately complex,
    and require use of initiative and judgment. Manages the mechanical
    scope of company's project work. Including mechanical engineering,
    drafting, manufacturing, assembly, and testing. Assists engineers in
    preparing completed work by assembling detailed drawings and
    manufacturing packages. Checks the drawings and design packages
    created in Mechanical Engineering prior to being submitted to
    manufacturing for accuracy and thoroughness. Provides project
    management for small projects, which may involve multiple
    departments. Interfaces with other departments at ABCO to design,
    budget, and coordinate projects. Communicates effectively with
    vendors and customers. Assists with sales by providing design
    concepts and cost estimates to Sales & Marketing. Maintains and
    supports customer relations.

    Qualified candidates should have an Associates Degree or a minimum of
    three (3) years of related drafting experience utilizing Solid Works.
