    Hi,

I am a student and I would like to find out how to
measure INL / DNL /SFDR for a simple DAC using Cadence.

    thanks

    Hi,

    Wonder can anyone advise ?
    1) I have used the following calculations to measure the fundamental
but not sure how to obtain the harmonics to determine the Spurious free
    dynamic response.

    (ymax(dB20(dft((VT("/DAC_output"))) 26 52 2048
    "Rectangular" 1 1)))

    2) I have also used another approach - using the Fourier component
in the analoglib with a single sin tone but output is questionable.
-measure i/p: sin tone from DAC output
    -ref i/p: sin tone

    what about a pss analysis?

    Thanks. I found the problem.
It seems silly - I need to use the current meter
to plot & measure rather than just selecting the node or net.
