Everytime i update Autocad Map, I have to ask the same question. I wish I knew where to find this in the help documentation. Whenever there is an update, there is usually a change in version of the activeX reference. So for instance below, when I use this line of code in 2004 I used this:

    Set amap = acadApp.GetInterfaceObject("AutoCADMap.Application.2")

Has the Application.2 changed in Map 3D 2005? If so what is the version number? And in the future where can I find this info?

    Thanks,

    KB,
I'm still using the AutoCADMap.Application.2 in my Map3D and it's working
ok, but I have a side by side install of Map2004 on my workstation. However
the help samples are using just "AutoCADMap.Application" with out a version
number. I tried it and it error out on me.
