Making pc3 printers available

I have set up pc3 files and they are on a server and every machine is pointed to that location.

All computers are windows 2000 and AutoCAD 2004.
Currently I have a template with these pc3 files and named page setups in it and Autocad is set up to open with it as default for a new drawing.

But, how do I make these these pc3 files and named page setups available to old drawings or client/vendor drawings when these drawings are opened, which naturally do not have these pc3 files and named page setups in them?

Right now, I have a menu that does a sheet setup which inserts a block which has all the pc3 files and named page setups in it.

Is there a variable to set or a configuration to make these pc3's automatically available like the system printers are when any AutoCad drawing is opened.

    Thanks, Pat Begnaud
