Since R2000 AutoCAD has used "C:\Program Files\AutoCAD\Plotters" to store the PC3 files. I would put a shortcut there that would point to a network share where common PC3 files could be shared. I did the same setup for CTB files also. Now with 2005, the plot configurations are stored in the users profile. C:\Documents and Settings\User_name\Application Data\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2005\R16.1\enu\Plotters How can i make it default to the pre-2005 behavior? I want Plot Styles | Plotters | Tool Palettes all to reference a standard location regardless of who logs onto a machine. or if a new user logs onto a machine.
Put a shortcut in: C:\Documents and Settings\User_name\Application Data\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2005\R16.1\enu\Plotters that point to your network path
