Macro security message

    All,
    This isn't a typical macro security prompt that I've seen. We have a DVB
    deployed, the 'Enable macro virus protection' in UNCHECKED. However, one 1
    machine we receive the following message:

    Microsoft Forms
    This application is about to initialize ActiveX controls that might be
    unsafe. If you trust the source of this file, select OK...

    and this prompt appears 6 times per usage. The project references the
    following:
    VBA
    AutoCAD 2000 Type Library
    OLE Automation
    Microsoft Forms 2.0 Object Library
    AutoCAD Color OLE
    AutoCAD Lineweight/Linetype
    VBScript Regex 5.5
    AutoCAD Layer OLE
    ActiveX Data Objects 2.5
    AutoCAD Focus Control for VBA
    Windows Common Controls

    Everything has been regsvr32'd (i.e. the OLE and Focus libs).
    Any ideas ?
