Looking for CAD employment in Carolina's - Arch/Elect/Instr

I have considerable experience in Architecture, Electrical and
Instrumentation / Process Control. While I am near Charlotte, NC we haven't
settled down yet and would be willing to consider other N/S Carolina
locations.

I have a CAD design consulting business in Nothern VA working with home
builders and remodelers. I am looking for experienced architectural CAD
drafters who are already set up as a subcontractor or can do so. This
means having a broadband internet connection, a reliable and hopefully
work dedicated computer, and their own license of AutoCAD (preferably
2004 or above) or Architectural Desktop 2004 or above. The broadband
connection is critical to working over the internet.
I need detail work done on my jobs. I work primarily in Revit now and
back the details out to ADT because I have a few thousand DWG details I
can use. I need a subcontractor that I can send a precut section,
elevation, or detail sheet in DWG and have him detail it out. I would
provide the specs as to structural components and such.
I specify how many hours each sheet takes and I pay an hourly rate
based on those hours. The hours are not consistent, it is dependent on
the builders. When I send work I need it back within a few days.
