Don't know if this is a plotting question.

Why does the location of 0,0 change with respect to the layout space with each plotter I pick? I need to solve this as we cannot predict how our borders are inserted becasue of this.

Here's a non-answer (since there are so many variables). When I set up a plotter
file I immediately go to the user adjust paper size and (since I use 22x34
mostly) adjust the ANSI 22X34 to 0" borders all around. Of course, the plotter
(HP 430) doesn't change; it still limits the print to .67 from the end and .2
from top and bottom. But: now the actual paper size is shown on the layout, with
0,0 right where it should be. On my border template I have the paper borders in
dotted red. Once the entire layout is aligned to 0,0 everything comes out even.
