Loading Barmenu Automatically

I am finally making the switch from V7 to V8. In V7 I get have a barmenu
that automatically loads when I enter V7.

I have created a new .MDF file and I have the version 8 barmenu.ma file.

However, I am struggling to find out how to get the barmenu to load
automatically when I open MicroStation. I know how to do it in V7, but that
method is not working in V8.

Anyone know how I can do this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

 

First off, you need to autoload the mdl applications using the
following:

MS_DGNAPPS > barmenu

Next, you need to specify the MDF file to be loaded.

#-----------------------------------------------------------------#
# Sets path for barmenu MDF file
#-----------------------------------------------------------------#
BARMENU = $(_CITY_STANDARD)Mdlapps/PW&U_Design.MDF

I place both variables in our Site configuration file.

Do you know why the baremenu will not dock? I thought in V8 is was
dockable.
