List Xrefs in listbox without acad

    Greetings,
    I'm not new to Acad, nor am I new to VB.
    I've had some success using VBA with Acad2k.
    However, I need to be able to List all Xrefs contained in an AutoCad DWG file from a .NET VB application without running AutoCAD.
    Sample code is most helpful.
