The company I work for is contemplating buying AutoCad2005. We run 2000
and I have a lot of homewritten lisp programs that I use and my menus
are customized ( the menus and lisps were done by someone that I no
longer have contact with). Will there be a problem importing the menus
    and lisps into 2005?

    Thanks.

The lsp programs, no, unless they include commands that have been changed or
    no longer exist.
The custom menus, no, except for toolbar icons. Their format has changed
and some no longer exist. (Both of these problems can be overcome)
You could try the migration tools included with the install.
