Lisp to change text z elevation

    i am working on a drawing that has dumby points. i once had a lisp
    routine that would enable me to change the text from the 0 z coordinate
    to whatever that text had in it, exampel 126.0 would change from 0.0
    to 126.0. can anybody provide me with this lisp?
