lisp for binding xrefs?

    I'm sure this has been covered 1000 times before......
    Is there a good lisp routine or batch program for this that will
    run in 2000i?
    I have about 50 drawings that i want to send to a client.
    Within each drawing are several xrefs.......some attached,
    some overlay.......some loaded......some UNLOADED.
    nested files and a real mess.
    Is there a lisp to clean this up and bind into my drawing?
