Linked Spreadsheet - how to reset path?

    I notice that the path for a linked spreadsheet is X: something or other.
    Both .DGN and .XLS files came from outside our network. Can anybody give me
    tips on how to "re-path" this spreadsheet so that I can update from
    spreadsheet without having to re-paste and resize, rework, etc.?
