Lineweight problems with Xerox 510db

    I'm trying to set up a half size .ctb file to use when plotting half sized drawings. I can get all of my lineweights to plot correctly except for one color (13) that is really giving me a hard time. I need this color to plot out screened but the only way I can achieve this is by bumping the lineweight up to .5000 mm. If I give it a smaller linewidth value it will plot out as a solid line without any shading at all. Any suggestions or ideas are appreciated.

    Using a Xerox 510db plotter.
