lineweight is 0 no matter what

    I have a couple of drawings that when I plot using 2005 or 2004 they always come out with all lines being a line width of 0mm(except for polylines that have a width specified). I have checked my ctb, and all variables that I know of. I am stumped. It is quite annoying to have to load up autocad 2000 lt just to print two drawings. Can anyone offer some help? I can email the drawing if needed.
