how can I, if possible, define linetype scale different than 1? I draw
smth with dashed lines and I need scale 15 to make it visible. but when
I draw I have to manualy change that scale for each line.

  2. Command: LTSCALE
    New scale factor <1.0000>: 15
    Regenerating drawing.

That sets the global linetype scale to 15. Now if you want anything other
than 15, you have to set *those* individually.
