Linetype letters shown incorrectly

    Hello,
Our company has created linetypes to standardize drawings. For example, a dashed line with the letter W in the middle. The W, or other letter, is not centered in the dashes, it's too close on one side and too far away on the other. The linetype file seems to be written correctly since other folks in our office aren't having this problem. Any ideas?

probably a style issue, not necessarily the font.

a different width setting in the style can cause this.

this is why i often use shapes that look like text, instead of text, in
    complex linetypes.

I would agree if we're talking about seeing something this in two different
drawing files but if they are seeing a different display on different
computers using the same drawing file then I will stay with a different font
as a possibility because the text style definition is saved in the drawing
file. Without more details we're just throwing guesses at this point...
