Lines turn up grey when image is inserted

    Hi im having a strange problem when plotting from autocad 2002. When i print my drawing on our OCE TDS 800 every pen turns up they way it should.
    BUT when i insert a rasterimage in the same drawing and plot the drawing then (with the same penset and plottersettings) many lines turn up grey where they should turn up black! This problem only occurs with the OCE TDS plotter. When i plot to our HP 1050 all the lines look fine!
    Does anyone have an idea how to solve this problem?
