Lines overwriting.

    K, I have a base drawing xrefed into my sheet. The dark lines in my drawing
    are being overwritten by my screened lines. All the linework is in the
    base, and it plots fine with the dark layers on top if i plot the base
    itself. I use draworder and it doesn't work, any questions?
