Lines across viewports plot wrong

    I am trying to plot from paperspace a road project. I have a dashed line that I am labeling on the dash. In the layout tab the line displays correctly, but when I go to plot preview or I plot the line dashes have "shifted" away from where they display on the screen. My "PSLTSCALE" is set to 0 so this should not be an issue.
