light text in MTEXT editor - R2002

    this problem cropped up for me in R2000 where text is almost
    unreconizable in the metext Editor, I mostly use yellow text but have
    some off shades of red ( colour 20 & 22 ) for heavy text, I have
    changed to green , cyan, to no avail it all fades out.

    I have PROCAD 2000 installed as as rider package but the text is still
    light in Native ACAD. This might be a video driver issue but I have seen
    it on many different Vid driver & PC Combinations

    Right click your Windows desktop and selet Properties. Under the Effects tab turn off "Smooth edges of screen fonts".
