License Borrow error

    I get the following error when trying to Borrow a license file from a recent
    install of Land Desktop 2005.

    You cannot borrow a license at this time.
    Try again later. If this problem persists,
    contact your system administrator.

    Note: You can continue to use Land Desktop 2005
    while you are connected to the network license server.

    Error [1.5.-5]

    The license server, a Windows 2000 server, shows the following in the borrow
    tab.
    ========
    lmborrow
    ========
    Setting LM_BORROW=2-dec-2004:adskflex:25-dec-2004

    And even though the workstation gives the error and will not borrow a
    license, the Server status shows the following line when performing a status
    query.

    testuserxp PCI407 PCI407 (v1.000) (MERCURY/27000 264), start Thu 12/2
    15:20 (linger: 1845540)

    I can successfully borrow a license from the server with an install on
    another workstation done directly from the cd, and the problem install has
    no problem running and finding the license server... it just won't borrow.

    Any ideas?
