learning 3d cad??

What is a good learning resource for learning 3d cad, the learning disk
which comes with autocad ends a 2d, can anyone suggest a book, learning disk
which would help, i am using autocad 2002

I am at the moment doing a 3d class but it seems i need something to
suppliment that, they are using notes applicable to r14

the teacher hands out photocopied notes from a r14 book.
the examples are not difficult, but the assignments are quite a bit
harderand so i felt i needed some more guidance.
I don't know which book it is, it could be the autodesk manual.
