You have all the resources of learning here on this newsgroup.

Buy a book, recommended readings "Autolisp Principles and Techniques".

    Rule #1
It's not difficult to learn, repeat...., it's not difficult to learn....

    Rule #2
Learn the function names and how to apply....There's not a lot.....

    Rule #3
Forget about everything else you know and open your mind.....

    Rule #4
Ask as many question, but check to see if anyone's already asked it
    before....

    And the most important Rule!!!!
No one is wrong (at least most of the time) they just have different
approaches to solving the same problem, experience comes with time.

Techniques", but in my own humble opinion the best way to learn is practice,
Practice, PRACTICE. Write a routine that simply draws a square at 0,0 that
is 2 x 2 then add to that to allow the user to pick the start point, then
add to let the user input the size and so on. When you're stuck search the
sites like this one, and if you still can't find the answer post the
question, I'm absolutely positive some will be glad to help. But most
important is to write routines, even if they are "meaningless" and in no
time you will be answering questions instead of asking them.
