Leader reactor routine

I am trying to come up with a routine for a leader command on my companies menu system. We already have our own leader routine that uses an arrow head and an arc, but I want to add some reactors to make the leader update when you change the arc. My basic goal is to have the arrow head always stay tangent to the arc and I would like to make it dynamically edited on screen but I am lost as to where to start. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
    TIA

  2. My tip: just use spline-form leaders. You can change your routine much
more easily to switch to that than you can (if you can) to do what you're
asking. There have been other threads about this not too long ago. I don't
remember whether they ever came up with a workable routine using arcs, but
    see what you can find.

Search for routines that link text to pline area, I'm sure the basic
technique can be adapted for endpoints & rotation angle based on the arc
geometry. The more complicated part (from what I've read) is embedding the
reactor in your drawing, but that isn't necessary if your office routines
    load it every time.
