LEADER HELP PLEASE

Hi all,

I just opened a drawing and all of my perfectly normal leaders
now extend out to infinity!

Help!!!

What changed?
Did the entities in the drawing get moved?
If you open the drawing, then UNDO until you can't undo anymore, do they
restore?

 

Thank you for responding....here are the nuts and bolts.

I xref'ed the PARENT drawing into the CHILD drawing. I was working on an
overlay
in child, when I realize a line was on the wrong layer in PARENT. I
refedited PARENT, putting the line in question on the right layer, saved the
refedit, and continues working on CHILD.
Finished, saved everything and closed.
Half hour later, I opened PARENT for more work and lots (NOT ALL) of the
leaders were extended off into infinity (well, way the hell out there). The
arrows at the ends of the leaders stayed put. The drawing had to be printed
yesterday, so I went in and replaced all the leaders with new ones, but
never identified the cause.
