When I change my Dimension Style Overall Dim Scale (dim scale) the dimension line arrow heads change accordantly but no the leader arrow heads.

    What am I doing wrong?

If they have an 'override' setting, this would be true.

When drawing dimension, you *should* always be sure that there are no
overrides set. When there are, the usefuleness of associative dimensions is
    drastically reduced. (IMO, of course.)

Is there a way I can fix all the leaders (programmatically)?

Actually after more testing it looks like the Leader Dim Scale number is updated, however the visual aspect of the leader is not. Until I manually open the Dimension Style Manager and the style and close it.

  8. After AutoCAD v2002 I have found
the updates are automatic if you
    have version 02 or below
run one of the Commands I sent.
