  1. Océ continues its commitment to improving technical document communications.
The latest Océ Client Tools for Océ Repro Desk and Océ Plan Center are now
available for FREE download. Thanks to the strategic partnership between Océ
and Autodesk Inc., Océ Client Tools is now an even more powerful means of
    improving your workflow:

a.. DWF Support: Océ Client Tools is the first What You See is What You
Print (WYSIWYP) print solution for this new format from Autodesk. Using Océ
Client Tool's Océ Publisher, you can now batch-process DWF files into the
print-ready LDF format. You can save LDF files to a local directory,
check-plot up to 11x17 on a local Windows printer, submit to a local Océ
Repro Desk Server print queue, or publish to Océ Plan Center.

b.. AutoCAD 2005 Support: Thanks to the very tight integration between Océ
Client Tools and AutoCAD, you can now use Océ Publisher to batch-process
native AutoCAD 2005 DWG files into LDF format, or use the Océ LDF Driver for
AutoCAD to process single DWG files. Print-ready LDF files can then be
archived, printed, or published. This feature requires that AutoCAD 2005 be
    installed on the workstation.

Download the updated Océ Client Tools 1.6 today and improve your workflow!

A Getting Started Guide PDF is available for Océ Client Tools. After you
download, run the application installer and select "View the Getting Started
Guide." This PDF provides an overview of Océ Client Tools, recommends the
proper tool for the job, and explains how to use each tool.

If you have any questions, please contact your Océ Plan Center Authorized
Host or digital plan room administrator. For technical support, please visit

Coming soon - Océ Plan Center 1.6 and Océ Drop Box. Great new features are
right around the corner. Watch the Océ Plan Center web site for details.

  2. Scott, is the LDF driver available separately?

  3. You can select what you want to install at the time of install. Sorry but
there is no smaller download that has just the driver. Most people like the
driver with the viewer. They use the driver to create local files, look at
them, and then send them to reprographers. You don't have to use Océ
Publisher if you don't want to.
