layout extents

    This seems easy, but I haven't been able to figure it out. How do you get
    the bounding box of the paperspace elements for a layout.

    For instance, your layout space is 3x2 feet. What are the coordinates of
    the lower-leftmost visible entity, and the upper-rightmost entity?
