    FOR SOME REASON THE LAYER MANAGER IN THE EXPRESS TOOLS DOES NOT APPER WHEN
    I TRY TO USE IT. IT DOES HOWEVER APEAR IN THE COMMAND LINE PROMPTING YOU FOR
    [?/Import/Export/Save/Restore/Delete/reName]:
    DOES ANYBODY NO IF THERE IS A WAY TO GET THE BOX TO POP BACK UP?

    Check the "CMDDIA" variable. It should be set to 1.
