in previous versions (pre 2004), if a DWG had layer filter in it and you
inserted it into another DWG, you got the layer filters. I have a LSP that
deletes them along with a macro that will insert a DWG that has my filters
that I use on Civil drawings.

Now in 2004 they have changed it where when you insert a DWG, the
layer filters will not insert. I need a way to get the layer filters into
my drawings vs manually creating them each and every time. Anyone have a
    suggestion?

Sorry about the file size guys...

I should have put it in the custom-files.
