layer filter

    does anyone know who to access the layer manager fileter programically. I
    would like to have the layers pulldown only display the layers in my
    drawing, not the xref layers.

    I hope I am clear enough on what I would like

    As far as I know there is no way to do this. I did a search on google
    groups (http://tinyurl.com/2rz8p) and found nothing. This has been often
    requested, but I have yet to see a solution.

    Does it have to be programatically?

    You can check "Apply to object properties toolbar" to apply a dialog filter to the toolbar dropdown.

    Can these be set as variables when a drawing is opened?
