Large Format Print Problem !!!!

    Hi, we use ACAD 2004 and we want print a specified format (1040 * 4000 cm) , but when we launch print, the HP DesignJet no print anything. We 've got the latest driver and the printer get the latest Firmware (A.02.10). When i do a test with a Windows's application (ex: word) it's working ... please help us !

    To be more clear:
    Try to plot en Excel file to the 1040x4000 form. If this does not work, delete the local printer. Install it again, do not make a test page, change the printer properties (roll size and RAM) to the right ones, change the document defaults to what you want (check if you can select the 1040x4000 form)
    Then do the test page and then share the plotter (if it is a network plotter)
    If Excel is Ok, delete the AutoCAD plotter (PC3) and try plotting form AutoCAD using the Windows Printer or try making a PC3 plotter again.
