    Does anyone know where I can find landscaping images of trees & planting for
    architectural plans and elevations?

    Take a look at some of the work in the VIZions group. The VIZ
    users also discuss trees/foiliage often in the VIZ group. Might
    not be what you want but they mention sources often.
