Label line question

I am new here, and hope someone can answer a quick qustion for me.
We just recently upgraded to Microstation v8, and I am trying to use
the Label Line command. It puts the line distance on top, and the
bearing on the bottom. Is there a way to change this, so that the
bearing is on top, and the distance is on bottom??

like autocad, you have to modify the dimension style, in the option
"text", location.

use from the menu bar "elements/dimension styles.
