We are using a Kip 2000 printer linked to Kip's Request software to plot
from Autodesk Land Desktop 2005. Our users are prompted for their name,
project, and plot description at plotnot . This is added to the plot log for
the accounting department to use for billing purposes. I have inserted a
mask string to the software's .ini file to insert the username. I have also
inserted a mask string to get the project number, which can be obtained from
    the drawing path.

    Here's an example:
    Drawing Path: F:\Sur\60564\028\Base.dwg
    Mask String: x\x\#\#\x
    Plot log should read: 60564028
Plot log reads: 60564028 Base.dwg ALTA (layout)

I do not want the drawing name or the layout name in my string! How do I do
    that?

Thanks in advance for any help!
