Keyboard Shortcuts

I'm having trouble with keyboard shortcuts in SW 2007 SP 2.1. The
keys I assign to my macros keep re-arranging themselves, and they
don't work at all when I first start SW. I get them to start working
when I navigate to the macros section of the keyboard shortcut menu,
where I usually have to re-assign some of them.

The real problem is that in fooling around with this stuff, I've
somehow lost my "down arrow" key. It still works for panning, and the
up, left and right arrow work for rotating, but the down arrow doesn't
    work for rotating anymore.

Anyone know how I can get it back?

    Thanks,

    John Kimmel

I'm encountering this problem too, but it's not the same on all
systems as far as I can tell so far. I'm contacting my VAR about this
    matter now.

Apparently, SolidWorks is aware of the issue. It is suggested that
you completely uninstall and reinstall SolidWorks:

    To Uninstall/Reinstall Solidworks

    ·Backup any existing files
    ·Log-in as a local administrator
·Disable your Antivirus Software and Antispyware Tools
·Go to Add / Remove Programs, and remove all SolidWorks programs
·Open windows explorer, and delete any remaining SolidWorks
    Directories (C:/Program Files/SolidWorks)**
·Go to Start / Run and type out "regedit"
·Delete the "solidworks" folder underneath of HKEY_CURRENT_USER/
    Software/SolidWorks and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/SolidWorks***
·Update any video card drivers that may be needed.
    ·Restart your computer
    ·Log-in as a local administrator
·Disable your Antivirus Software and Antispyware Tools
    ·Reinstall SolidWorks*
