kensington expert mouse question

    I have a new second computer with a kinsington expert mouse.

    On the old computer I can rotate with the upper left button while holding it
    down. I can't seem to figure out how to do this on the new kinsington
    expert mouse. Anyone know how to specifically assign "rotate" to the upper
    left button?
