Well, that did not take long at all, did it?
Can I get a big bucks job in Delphi?

Perhaps not even cold in his grave yet & already
he has jb speaking for him.

    Perhaps you are correct, BottleBob.
ONE of them may have had need of a sweeper for their offices,
    once long ago.

Please ask jb why he did not take any such offered job
    and who it was with.

Got bellybutton lint again? Learning much from it?

    Ommmmm .... Ommmmmm .....

Go fetch poor clueless buzzword king to make some more silly
Then perhaps you should stop wishing for more lint.
Just enjoy your belly-button as is and consider: Not all
    Nope.
"Job offers" are predicated on the prospective employee actually
having clues. A few minutes of actual real-time interaction would
clearly demonstrate that jb is totally lacking in anything but lies,
    BS & hype.

Even if we did enjoy his post on how to lie to, distract & BS a
And you do? LOL ... been sniffing lint again?
    Nope.

I also know that he's never been offered a job as an admiral,
a translator of Chinese to Sanskrit, a designer, an engineer,
    a mathematician, etc.

I do NOT know about the door to door custom-fitted rubber undie
sales position for sure though. Do you think that he's really
    qualified?
Yep. Did you miss the part about it not being an actual job offer?
    I'm betting that John's a much happier camper <G>.

Being called on his endless clueless idiot lies counts <G>.

HINT: If unwilling to take a job IF offered, why apply?
HINT: There is never a job offer unless pay is agreed to.

There was little before that was not jb's clueless BS.
I don't recall anyone going much wanting during his vacation
    (meds in the happy room?)
Nope. Just a few confused folks trying to explain things to
poor clueless yet again. They should know better by now.
    Basic facts ....

Look at comp.cad.solidworks as just one example.
A newsgroup FOR support on *only* one *CAD* system.
They KNOW how to use it for the most part too. They
    support each other.

All those years of posts on one subject ... and the clueless idiot
barges in & tells them that they are wrong, that he knows better.

But simple planar trig confuses him ..... he needs cheat sheets
from his employer with colored diagrams to find right triangles ....
and probably look-up tables for cases of 30, 60 & 45 (fairly common)
    degrees ......

    Robin:
    Bob,

Thanks for bringing up bad memories. :>)

At one point, many years ago, Bill Gibbs did offer me a job ! In
addition, the Gibbs VAR who serviced Connecticut at the time was Dan
Palone. Palone tried to get me to go to work for him. Shouldn't be to
hard if you have the interest to get in touch with Palone. I believe
he's in New Jersey. I think his company was called Danotec. Dan Palone
certainly doesn't like me but I doubt he would lie about this. I will
give Palone credit for being honest about the lack of Geometry creation
in Gibbs. Palone sold Ashlar's Vellum at the time and was very candid
about Gibbs limitations in this regard. Many of Palone's accounts were
sold Vellum and Gibbs. I always thought this was a very good move.

There were several reasons I didn't take John Carroll's offer:

    1. At the time I did not feel I could properly relate to moldmakers as
I did not feel I had enough moldmaking experience although John did not
seem to think it would take me long to acclimate.

    2. I didn't like the people at the company who made the software John
    was representing at the time.

    3. I like machining. :>)

    4. John Carroll and I see the world very, very differently.

Now if Bill Roberto wanted to start or take over a job shop... :>)

    Bob,

I'd much rather *you* called him.

Who know's what Palone might say when he gets a call from you know
who.... probably anything just to get off the phone.

I'm not the one trying to defend a lack of clues justifying
In lintland there can be no "facts", right?
You can always just speculate them away .....

    Suggested reading (again):

    http://www.datanation.com/fallacies/index.htm

    http://www.infidels.org/news/atheism/sn-python.html
So it's "Admiral Broomboy" these days is it?
After all, you cannot provide foorp that it's not .....
But you are not saying that you are not so it must be true, right?
    Would probably make me sneeze.
Then there are health issues. After all, I have
no idea where *your* lint has been, now do I?
But, per the BB Theory Of Everything (see above)
YOU have no foorp otherwise so it must be true.

Nor do you have any foorp of "pure conjecture".

Now, take poor jb as a "CAD Expert" or "THE god of CAD/CAM" ..
(if you don't get nauseated at the thought alone) .... how much
    imagination does that one take?

    Feeling a bit nauseated again?
How about making him a four star general then?
But, per your guesses, you don't know so hence he must be at
    least three of them ......
    Nope. Not in this context.
Are you now claiming "graphic designer"?

He does add odd combinations of characters to ASCII posts ....
    Pushing a broom.
    Telling lies for 3dinkies?
Some of which might well strain the anatomy of a "normal"
    person.
Back to the rubber undies again are we?
But YOU just claimed he'd be good at sales <G>.

Only if not questioned about the product or service you say?
He'd have had to demonstrate actual clues.
There was no way that he could do that.
    See the problem?
Feel free to hire him yourself to do sales <VBG>.
Think that you could sell his services to your shop?
Would you trust him or any of his pretended claims?

Would your shop's owner & employees be happy campers?
(Only because they became unemployed, probably, and homeless ...)

    LOL ...

That he does not like jb? And would never have offered someone so
    clueless a job?
Jb's claim that he knows almost nothing about GibbsCAM?

Did anyone ever point out to poor jb that GibbbsCAM is a CAM system,
not a CAD or CAD/CAM system?
Seems like he had no clues again <G>.

BTW, How long ago was this BS?

So you know better than to hire him.
    No sane ones.
He's welcome to call him on his own dime.
Always assuming that they will take his call. I gather that
    most will not.
You seem confused by the logic of it all.
Feel free to ask others how full of BS he is <G>.

Need to do another patented BB survey?

    How quickly you forget ......

One of the things that he has done is to claim job offers
that did not exist. Blatent lies.
He got laughed out of too many places <G>.

IIRC Some used to save his posts for posting as humor
You have a vivid sense of unreality.

Take it up with Admiral jb.

What we do know are that he loves lies. The more & the bigger
    the better.

After all, you have no foorp otherwise ..... just massive piles of
    lint.

Don't forget to salute & run it up the flagpole to see who
else does too. Admirals love suckers, right?
