It's getting too expensive!

  1. ADT subscription has been raised to $505 (which includes a discount). That
is 127.00 higher than it was last year. It's really getting high. I'm
starting to think that next time I should just get AutoCAD and forget the
ADT stuff, to help keep costs down, since we aren't even using the ADT
features, anyway. Earlier this year, Autodesk tried to raise the price to
more thatn $600. Obviously, it didn't work. Also, when times are tougher
than they were the previous year when I made more money and had plenty of
work, it really doesn't seem right that they can charge more when I (and
many others affected by this year's economy) are making less. But anyway,
they charge more now, and I need the program, so I renewed. I am seriously
considering ACAD LT and drcauto as an alternative for my next year's
    subscription.
