Is there a way?

    Let me explain the situation:

I have plot size for the shop that is smaller then full scale so that their
clips on the top of the sheet do not interfere with the drawing. Basically,
since the print is on the portrait orientation, I don't have the option of
lengthening the sheet or cutting it a different way. So with this scaled
down print, it leaves about a 2" gap at the top.

    My question is:

Is there a way I could have a text message added into that 2" gap at the top
of the sheet that would only show up when printed under this scaled down
size? I am not sure if this would be something added into the drawing
itself that would not be in the plotable area (which I would rather not do
as then I would be working around this in my layouts) or if it could be
something added into the plot command like a plot stamp. Any ideas?
