Is EndOpen event the right one?

    Hello all,

    I'm trying to restore a specific layer state from an external file to a
    drawing if the drawing name has the string "base" in it. What event should
    I use to do this? I've figured out how to use the document level BeginSave
    (to save the layer state file and then turn off all layers) and EndSave (to
    restore the layer state from the file) but I would like to do this right
    after the drawing is opened. Is this an application level event or a
    document level? If document level, how do I use them, they are confusing me
    and the help files really aren't helping me out that much.

    I hope this all makes sense.
