    Is there a google group solely for Inventor? and if there isn't. How
    can an inventor 8 part be scale down or up with a scaling factor?

    There is no Usenet newsgroup (what you term a "Google" newsgroup is
    actually accessible many different ways without the use of Google or via
    any HTML means) for Inventor. There is, however, a discussion group on
    AutoDesk's own site. All you have to do is look around, but to make
