Installing AutoCad R14 Network Version to Windows NT4 Japanese Version

    I have recently redeploy a new licensing server and file server for AutoCad R14 and AutoCad 2002. Thus, i need to unistall the previous installation of AutoCad R14 first before reinstalling it back pointing to the new server. But i face this BIG problem:

    After uninstalling R14 from this NT Japanese computers, i have difficulties in reinstalling it back. When running setup.exe from the network location, the installation started but it HANGS there.., saying installing AutoCad, but in reality, it just hangs there..!! I don't face this problem with other computers(running different o/s), only this unit.

    Is there anyone who can helps..?? Below is the technical spec for this particular computer:
    1. Intel pentium base computer
    2. Windows NT 4 Japanese version with SP6a
