Inserting Fields linked to DB Field

    Of all the categories available for inserting fields I see no way to insert
    a field that is linked to an external database field. Does anyone know if
    there is a way to do this? I have dwg numbers, slope values and material
    types that I would like to link to so that when the data is changed in the
    database the text will be updated in the associated Autocad field.
