Insert point for attributs

Hi,

I've allways created my blocks with attributs with insPt being for the block
0,0,0.

Now I need to insert this block with a specific point, let's say 100.2,
10.4,0

If I create my block (lines, polylines, text), all those entities are
created at the right place when I insert the block, but the attributs are
located as if the block was created using 0,0,0.

Where/what do I need to change to create the attributs so they are created
at the right place.
